a: ground tissue ~
b: support tissue

What:

"Today we learned about cotyledons, seedlings, embryos, the dermal, vascular, and ground tissue, and last angiosperms. The dermal tissue is like an analogue to our skin. Also the vascular tissue is vaguely like our circulatory system. The ground tissue is like the support tissue and stores extra sugar. Our plants are dicots and we can see all the cotyledons except on some of the fertilizer and our mud. The difference between dicots and monocots are that dicots have 2 cotyledons and monocots have 1 cotyledon. Also we learned about angiosperms, angiosperms are flower plants."

METAMIA is a free database of analogy and metaphor. Anyone can contribute or search. The subject matter can be anything. Science is popular, but poetry is encouraged. The goal is to integrate our fluid muses with the stark literalism of a relational database. Metamia is like a girdle for your muses, a cognitive girdle.
