The site is a simple 2-tiered system. If you register your entry goes right into the live dataset. If you do not want to sign up for an account, you can submit through a form that requires no registration. However, all entries submitted without registration are reviewed before being put into the live database. This will keep the spam on the site to a minimum. This scheme is not rigid. It, mostly likely, will be modified based on constructive user feedback.
