What: "I've read many times that emotional energy is like a magnet. What you think and feel most often is what you attract. By focusing on positive things, more positive things will come. Focusing on negative things more negative will come. I believe it is what causes so many to ignore one or the other. It's a cycle we have to break to be able to work towards a balance. While we may stumble backwards its the constant determination for that change that will see us through. As I've said countless times before I want to aim for that positive end."
