b: stalker
What: "Agoraphobia is like a stalker. With stalking, the victim of the stalking generally has no idea. With agoraphobia, you are always aware, and that's frightening, stressful and disturbing. Tomb Bound
a: Agoraphobia ~
b: in a tomb underground
What: "Living alone with agoraphobia is like living in a tomb underground. I've been there before, and it's hell in the realest sense. (Even when I was living alone, I would go outside to smoke cigarettes for an excuse to be outside. There were times not even smoking cigarettes would help me go outside though.)"

METAMIA is a free database of analogy and metaphor. Anyone can contribute or search. The subject matter can be anything. Science is popular, but poetry is encouraged. The goal is to integrate our fluid muses with the stark literalism of a relational database. Metamia is like a girdle for your muses, a cognitive girdle.
