What: At about 38:00 minutes into the movie, 007 is sitting in a Museum looking at Joseph Mallord William Turner's "The Fighting Temeraire tugged to her last berth to be broken up", 1838. Much of this movie is a chromatic homage to this painting or maybe to Turner's style in general. The orange and yellow tints of this movie mimic these colors. The movie matches the painting's theme; Bond is being dragged to the scrap yard as is the ship in the picture.
