What: The retirement community shown on Seinfield, del Boca Vista, is common. When people retire after busting their asses their whole lives and then have nothing to do, problems arise. Note the lunacy of the Palo Alto City Council. Palo Alto is a town with 1 grocery store left because no one wants one by their house. This may be, unfortunately, the future of California and the USA. We will become society run by demented old people who have the time, the money and the political will to turn the whole country into a big crazy retirement community.
