What: "Four thousand years ago, God fed his people something he called manna that had the feel of miniature popcorn kernels. God sent manna down from heaven each morning to feed the Israelites as they wandered in the wilderness. Manna was edible only after it had been ground and heated. The Bible tells us that after the grinding and cooking process, the manna tasted like cakes baked with oil."
