I was watching his speech after the Orlando shootings. He going on about this and that and saying all the things that needed to be said about this event. And it dawned on me; his personality, speech and demeanor are very logical, almost too logical. This event was as horrible as any, and he displayed a high degree or restraint while talking about a horrible situation.
