2/3s In Almost Impossible To Get...

a: proposition 50 ~
b: red herring

What:

"The proposition may sound appealing - why should legislators continue to get paid while under investigation for criminal acts? - but voters should reject it. One reason to do so is that it would violate the right to due process afforded to every citizen of this country, including politicians who are behaving badly."

Also, It raises the the vote needed to suspend a Senator to 2/3. Getting a 2/3s majority with current composition of the California Senate, will be close to impossible. Therefore it will be almost impossible to suspend someone. Vote NO against this. There needs to be more accountability, but this is not the way to do it.
