Fatty Acid Transport??

What: "When I talk to consumers, I tell them that omega-3 fatty acids are big, lazy couch potatoes, and they will not get up and do anything unless you pick them up and carry them." She says that in terms of transportation, phospholipids are like a Ferrari with a large trunk, in that they can carry a lot of omega-3s, quickly and efficiently, to their destinations in the body.
