What: I believe this comparison was first made by Sigmund Freud. The surface, the more rational part of you is about 10% of the whole. The emotional and at time more irrational part of the mind, is about the other 90%. Of course, these numbers are approximations, but they do convey the general idea, that a lot of human existence, both male and female is unconscious, much of the time.
