a: Learning ballet ~
b: learning a language

What: "Learning ballet is like learning a language; a language that involves both your body and an outside source: the music. While you learn how to dance you will learn how to control every miniscule part of your body while also learning how to time your movements with the music. This mental workout stretches and strengthens the existing connections in the brain and it forces the participant to consider his or her environment in a different way."
