"Gap junctions are like our telephones; they are the main site of our signaling which creates a gap or pore between adjacent cells interconnecting our cytoplasm. This ensures that we work as one and no one gets their own way because when I become a cardiac muscle if I don't achieve teamwork my carrier ie the zerbafish may experience an arrythmais.
