When they ask about how you'll get your phone, tell them you'll use your cellphone and Skype. If they say that they can't do that, tell them you support net neutrality and ask them about their recent FCC probe. The poor bastard on the other end of your line won't know how to respond! Comcast has so many redundant services that I'm not sure how they keep their story straight."
