Bang Bang Bang..

a: A synapse ~
b: gap between fire-crackers

What: A synapse is like the gap between the different pieces of the fire-cracker. For an entire string of fire-crackers to burst there has to be good communication, a spark has to be passed on from one cracker to the next. One of the things Anuja studies is how this "spark" affects the next bit of "firecracker" and keeps the signal going.
