In the book, Siebold also gives some other examples of how poverty is like a disease of the mind. For example, the self-talk of average people goes something like "I'm not enough,"I'm not good enough," or "I can't afford it." A rich person's self-talk goes "I am enough,"I'm good enough,"What shift do I need to make to be able to afford this?"
